E.U.-U.S., U.K., and Switzerland Data Privacy Framework Rights
With respect to personal information received or transferred pursuant
to the E.U.-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, USS TECHNOLOGIES is subject to
the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal information
in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet
national security or law enforcement requirements. If you have an inquiry
or complaint about our privacy practices in relation to our certification,

In compliance with the E.U.-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the Swiss-U.S.
Data Privacy Framework and the UK extension to the E.U-U.S. Data Privacy
Framework, USS TECHNOLOGIES commits to refer unsolved complaints concerning
our handling of non-HR personal data received in reliance on E.U.-U.S.
Data Privacy Framework, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK
extension to the E.U-U.S. Data Privacy Framework to TRUSTe, an alternative
dispute resolution provider based in the United States at no cost to you.
USS TECHNOLOGIES further commits to cooperate and comply with the advice
of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs),
the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)
and the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and the Gibraltar Regulatory
Authority (GRA), and with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our
handling of personal data received in reliance on the E.U.-U.S. Data Privacy
Framework, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK extension to
the E.U-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your Rights with Respect to Our Customers
In situations where we are a data processor and provide services to client
customers, we generally have no knowledge of or relationship with the individuals
whose personal information exists in systems that we are engaged to support.
An individual who seeks access to, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete
inaccurate personal information that has been provided to a USS TECHNOLOGIES
customer or partner should direct their query to that customer or partner.
