USS Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Database Engineer with DB Test Analyst, you will play a dual role in designing, managing, and optimizing database systems while also performing rigorous testing to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance. You will collaborate closely with developers, data analysts, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality database solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Engaging in both advisory and delivery projects, from helping clients with their transformation strategies to supporting the full lifecycle of Oracle delivery projects.
- Working with our clients to design business processes to be supported by Oracle technology.
- Shaping and executing the functional testing strategies for our most important clients.
- Identifying key client process and technology issues and recommending solutions.
- Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are respected and valued.
Mandatory Skills Required :
- Experience in managing programmes and projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and post deployment.
- End-to-end delivery experience right from initial client engagement to Service Introduction across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and managing Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) for automation of test, build, and deployment processes. (Jira & Confluence)
- Experience in managing the risks, issues, budgets, estimates, actions, planning, testing, quality assurance, communication, profitability, and reporting around complex change projects (e.g. integration, data, change).
- Experience knowledge in managing the end-to-end customer journey and experience delivered to the customer.
- Experience in managing inter-disciplinary teams and managing relationships with external partners.
- Work with Technical Architects and Project Managers based in multiple geographies specialized in Oracle Telco stack (OSS/BSS)-CRM, FMW, IDAM, and BRM System.
- Responsible for end-to-end technical delivery from developing strategy roadmap to high-level design and implementation of CRM Transformation for Oracle Telecom stack.
- Experience in Service Improvements, Transformation, and Migration of Telecom OSS/BSS systems.
- Leading a team working at the forefront of innovative strategy and technology to create long term, sustainable value for clients in transformative capacity to address systems and people change.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Technology Package: Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite R11, and OSS/BSS Transformation.
- Experience in Siebel CRM, Oracle Billing Integration Deployment, and Oracle Cloud solutions including requirements gathering, gap-fit analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Experience in formulating sustainability strategies, and coordinating with business stakeholder groups and assessment decisions.
- Commitment to Quality, flexibility, prioritization skills, and a demonstrable ability to deal with a variable workload are mandatory.
